    ZC submenu becomes disconnected from main menu when resolution multiplier is non-integer

    Affects both 1.5x and 2.5x scaling modes in zplayer.exe

    Steps to recreate:

    1. ZC->Video Mode...
    2. Click 1.5x
    3. Click OK
    4. Click ZC in main menu again
    5. Observe ZC submenu appear too far to the right

    When I maximize zplayer in windowed mode to 3840x2160, I notice the submenus become disconnected vertically as well.
