I've watched someone play the demo, but that's it. While the demo was spooky, I don't see what RE7 has anything to do with the previous games other than the game is set in a "Resident" of "Evil"

From what I recall of the demo, it was FPS. Not my style. I like my third person.

I've watched videos of the demo, and I've watched videos of the release version, and the release version does seem alot more like a resident evil game, I don't want to spoil anything though. (similar items, similar puzzles)
