Thread: enemy editor doesn't allow enemy to alway turn towards link.

    [2.50.2] enemy editor doesn't allow enemy to alway turn towards link.

    this is an issue that I've seen for leevers and darknuts
    when you set the random rate to 16 and the homing factor to 255
    the enemy still makes the choice to turn away from link.
