    Remixes

So browsing through my youtube suggestions a few hours ago and one of them is from OC Remix with this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Vb_uA0Xvn8 and it is freaking epic.

Thought I'd share it and ask: Do you listen to remixes from anything (game, show, etc)? If so, what are some of your favorites? The above is definitely one of my new favs.
I'm also partial to a number of remixes for Final Fantasy 6, Chrono Trigger, and many others.
My Quotes and other siggy stuff.

That's an awesome remix you shared! I do like a lot of the pieces I have heard from OC Remix. Actually one of my favorites is Ancient Hero (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3r-ahPvUZIU) which is a remix from Wind Waker. I have also listened to several of the ones for Chrono Trigger. There are some great ones out there!

I made a Super Castlevania IV remix of my own. Most of my favorite game remixes are from the Castlevania and Chrono Trigger franchises. It's funny... I've largely lost interest in games and as I get older, the NES/SNES games are fading into relic-hood; and yet, I still treasure the game music from that era because so much of it is just so cool!

Thank you mate: That's pretty kickin'... (Are we free to use it in quests?)

P.S. You may want to listen tot he X68000 version music at some point. If I had to pick a favourite version of the original-story 'Akumajou Dracula' line-up, the X68k release would trump the SFC/SNES release, by one notch. I believe it was re-released for the PS1, but i do not know if it suffered any changes.

I also sort of like the original MSX version, despite its flaws.

If you want your ears to cry, listen to the music of the DOS version. The DOS, and C64 version are pretty terrible, in general, but the music on the DIS version, without a SoundBlaster-16, is absolutely dreadful. Even Dracula, and Death run away from it.

P.P.S. 'Prince Lestat Is His Name'... A++.

I don't know why I left Castlevania off my list, but yes, the music from that series is fantastic too!

Especially Symphony of the Night. Some of, if not the best music in the Castlevania series alone.

This is probably my favorite remix ever. It's a remix of Dancing Mad from Final Fantasy VI. It makes musical references to Dream Theater and Symphony X, and that's freaking epic. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xsbTlrpkg4
