I'm sure it's been done

I am sure someone has already done this, but I wanted to make a LoZ puzzle game.

I think it would help develop my puzzle making skills for future games.

So It would start out with simple puzzles and advance room by room as they got solved, increasing puzzle difficulty through the addition of items and obstacles. Kind of like the old Adventures of Lolo games.

My question is, would anyone consider something like this fun and has it already been done.

Yeah, what you're describing sounds like a game where you start out in a zelda dungeon instead of the overworld.
