I like all 5 really, but that gets us nowhere. Screen 1 has amazing details and looks like those ruins hold many secrets to discover. Screen 2 looks pretty, a nice little area that you want to admire, if not for the urgency of your quest. Screen 3 makes me feel relaxed just looking at it. Screen 4: SSSPPPAAAAACCCCEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. (somebody had to do it, we were all thinking it) Screen 5 (one I voted for in its previous poll) is interesting with its design choices.
Having said all that, I cast my vote for Screenshot 3. My hat off to the designers of Screens 1 and 4 as they tie for 2nd IMHO for their wonderful designs.
