I'm curious as to why you would want another.

joking aside, it's for my netbook so that I can have two vertical taskbars on each side of the screen, since vertical space is rather limited (1024 x 600 resolution). Since I won't even see the desktop like 99% of the time, cramming icons onto a taskbar seems less of a hassle.
