How do I stop the whistle from warping Link somewhere? You know, how do you get rid of the little tornado? I know there are quests without it, I just can't find a way to get rid of em...
Revival of Link - coming... I don't know. 90% finished and lost motivation to build after a sudden increase in interest

Are you talking about 2.10 or 2.5?

You can get rid of it (or change it) under the Misc Sprites, or Misc Items under Quest-> Graphics, or something like that.
On top of what Anthus said, try going to Quest ->DMaps and on each one, switch the "Allow Whistle Whirlwinds" flag off, if already off, leave it.
