problem with special item room...

I wasn't sure where to put this.

when I begin a quest, the sword is supposed to be given to me by a Abei in a cave. the problem is, the cave interior is on the overworld and the tile warp is nonexistant.

this picture should explain it better than I can. any help? the last three beta versions I've used also did this.

Apply the following DMap flag: Special Rooms And Guys Are In Caves Only.
Also, be sure the DMap uses caves instead of item cellars.
