Hmm, most of the screenshots you posted had very little detail or content to them. I also think making a quest name is the least of your worry for the present time being, unless the quest name intertwines with the story line that is outlined by the quest it's self. Over all I can't say much on the quest because the provided screenshots show very little of the quest detail and/or progress in the making of it. I'm not even sure if you have dropped this quest or not. If you can show some complete screenshots I can better give my thoughts on it.
But for now it doesn't look to well, progress wise that is.
