    [Summer 08] The Legend of Grenoro

    The Legend of Grenoro
    By spyk99999

    About: The Legend of Grenoro (TLoG) is a full length quest with four complete overworlds and (at least) nine complete dungeons. I started this quest after I gave up on P-Quest, which I canceled because of present ZC bugs at that time. The quest uses the Descendant tileset, with a lot of imported tiles. I am making this quest with 2.11b798. Below, I will list the features that will be present in the final product.

    * Eight complete dungeons
    * One final dungeon
    * Optional dungeons and caves
    * Four complete overworlds
    * Custom sub screens
    * New enemies and items
    * Z3 movement
    * BS animation
    * 2.5 treasure chests
    * Custom bosses
    * ZScripts (maybe)
    * Arrow and bomb ammunition
    * Some 2.5 enemies and items
    * 20 heart containers
    * Magic system
    * Multiple floor dungeons

    Story:
    Link is entering his house when his father says that the Mayor of Grenoro has been kidnapped and taken to the Grenoro Temple. Link finds the Mayor's sword and goes through the temple. Link later discovers that Ganon is trying (again) to take over the land of Hyrule, and ruin the decades of tranquility.

    Other Resources
    Other good resources to find more information on TLoG is the Grenoro Website and the ZC QPFs (run by Russadwan).

    Update:
    I am working toward releasing a short demo. I have other projects too, so I will work on it when I can.

    Th screenies look interesting, and I like what you've got planned for this. I'm looking forward to it.

    Re: The Legend of Grenoro

    I got an error page with the Website link. It should be fixed now. The other links worked fine for me.

    In case they still don't work, here is the link to the grenoro website:
