Is there any way that I can sort of tone down BS Patra? I wan't to make him a more standard mini-boss in my quest... He gaurds the Boss Key in all of my dungeons. Is there any way that I can edit his damage output and is total health?

Upgrade to one of the betas, though, and you can use the enemy editor to do what you want.
