    I was still surprised that someone nominated Trevelyan_06 for best Newbie. It's an honor, sure, but ... newbie? What a bizarre category that tends to be through out the years. Seriously. Again, I was nominated for it once too. In 2004.

    I also don't really believe in tie breakers. What's the point in a superlative? Just because it says "Most" in the category doesn't mean that one person has earned it more than the other if they've accumulated the same amount of votes. It's not that surefire of a method, so we may as well just call the recipients of the tie proficient in that area for having earned that many votes in the first place.
