Indeed, and not just based on what she just sent me. Sure, images can be faked, but why fake one thing and not another. There's too much on the internet that can be faked to go about looking into the truthfulness of everything, so why not just take something as trivial as a sex or gender as fact until you have concrete proof as to otherwise? It's not like it has a serious impact on anything.
