Stars: These are in reverse priority order; you get the first of the following that you qualify for.
(Staff, Gold)
7 Stars: Administrators
6 Stars: Senior Moderators
5 Stars: Moderators
(Adjoint Staff, Silver)
5 Stars: Developers
4 Stars: Hosted Forum Moderators
(Others)
1 Pink Star: Banned members
2 Purple Stars: New members (< 100 posts)
3 Stars: Full members. The color of the stars is a function of your post count.
Diamonds: These are easy. You get one per year you've been at AGN.
I'm pretty happy with the system as it is now, and will probably leave it largely alone.
