wait, I think number=rank and color = uhoh... now I am confused again.
EDIT2: Color=post count? But that doesn't apply to staff?

Color based on number of years here (unless you're staff).

What determines the 1-3 stars? Post count or Years been here? Isn't that the same as the color?

Yeah, more and more people are starting to get diamonds.
Regular members get 1-3 depending on post count. Color is based solely on number of years (unless you are staff).
