Lost Isle RELEASED

Lost Isle is a great quest; although it is difficult and frustrating at times. I played Hidden Duality a few years ago, and enjoyed it. After an absence of about 3 years from this site and forum, it is nice to see some new quests worthy of playing.

Anyway, I'm a bit stuck in the Svalbard Ice Temple. I have hit 4 switches on the second floor, but can't seem to figure out where to go next. I was expecting those doors with the flashing lights on the 1st floor to open, but they haven't. The door I am most interested in opening is the one that is 2 rooms north of the entrance since it appears as if it will provide access to floor 3 if I'm reading the map correctly. Am I missing a switch or some passage? I do not have the key yet, but have found the compass and map. Thanks.

That switch is behind a bombable wall. Look at the map carefully. Every switch is in the room directly above the room with its locked door counterpart.

You should look for the key/big key first, though. That door does lead to floor 3.

Hi,
I have a small problem in the lab of level 4. I don't know if it is a bug (as I don't use the LI build, sorry), or something I don't get:
I entered the lab, gone left I opened the stairs, then I shut down the power supply to get beyond the laser... unfortunatly after that I am stuck.
I have a key, so I tried to open the door that on the left of the power supply, unfortunatly it won't open with or without electricity. Is it a bug? As the lock looks like a card lock, I was hoping I needed another kind of key, and that there was something I didn't get...

After you push the switch, you need to turn the power back on. Then, you'll find out what to do with that locked door.

Oh, and if you don't use the LI build, strange things might happen (such as problems w/ custom enemies). What build are you using?

I am using the build v956 (and I tried the last one). unfortunatly when I put the power on again, the switch is on (not off).... in fact it is acting as if there was 2 level 4 (1 with power on, and 1 with power off). And the same thing happens in the main level 4...

well if you're not using the Lost Isle Build, I cannot be responsible for anything weird that is happening to you in the game. Nor can I provide any support for you. We have strictly labeled the quest all over as being playable in only one build. Why people think it can magically work in any other build is beyond me.
