Quest three walkthrough anybody?

Any links to a ZC quest three walkthrough would help me greatly Please!!!

I know that on AlphaDawg's old site, there was a FAQ on the Third Quest (I'm presuming you are referring to the one you play by entering ALPHA as your name). It showed locations of all the items, levels and Heart Containers, but that site, I think, is either inaccessible or very hard to find nowadays.

If anyone else out there has the link, that would be great. If not, do you have any specific questions about the quest?

I might be stupid but I remember the url being like casadia alphadawg or something of the sort...
