Things to do today:
1. Get up.
2. Survive.
3. Go back to bed.
Speaking of milestones, it shouldn't be too long until I get a nice one for this thread.

Hopefully you'll notice when you hit 3000. Did you ever make threads for when you hit 1000 and 2000?

Lol, I guess somebody will notice it before you will then.
Only one month left until the playoffs. For baseball fans, who do you think will go all the way? Right now, I hope it's the Dodgers of course, but the Rays look best poised to do it. They've been beating everyone and the Angels can't touch them. The only team that seems to stand a chance in the NL is the Cubs, but I don't know if they can without Zambrano.

Hmm, looking for a new apartment is annoying. According to some apartment ratings sites, the only decent ones around all "terrible, don't meet minimum living standards, ghetto teenagers live there" what? I visited the place, and I didn't even see a single freaking person. [shrug]

Those based on "former resident reviews" or something? Cause if so, I'd trust them.According to some apartment ratings sites, the only decent ones around all "terrible, don't meet minimum living standards, ghetto teenagers live there" what? Like the bad neighborhood in my city, where it's all peaceful by day, but we're currently in the middle of a turf-war at night. Police are finally taking drastic action after one pair of officers were forced to run a guy down to stop him from shoting into a crowd.
Yeah, that's me.
...Aaaaaand Rock_nog pretty much said what I was gonna say.
the easiers way is do to reality checks over the course of the day. Just stop, look around, and determine if you are awake or not. It will carry over inno your dreams, and voila. So question reality, young padawan!
As for STAYING lucid... Well, I find in my longer lucid dreams, I just unqestioningly accept my lucid dream as my new reality. Basically, I dont' keep telling myself "I'm dreaming. I'm going to do this." I just say "Ok, I'll do this", and don't think too much about it being a dream. If you do, or you get too excited, you will likely wake up.
...but if you're like me, and your first good LD involves firing off kamehamehas everywhere...It's a bit hard not to get excited... XD
