Our school district hasn't passed an additional levy in several years, and this year's is going to fail. So basically we're turning into a very poor school that the state won't fund. The fact that NAFTA is raping our businesses and forcing half of them to leave isn't helping our financial crisis, either.
The stupid part is that my county is mostly Democratic, and I always thought Democrats were supposed to "help out the poor."

The whole point of DND is getting together, rolling some dice, and laughing when the other guy steps on a trap, since he rolled a 1 and stumbled on it.
DND is meant for playing with real dice, and with actual human interaction between players as they decide the fate of their characters.
Otherwise, how could you have events like this: *My friend and I were falling off a building. My friend takes 5 minutes to decide on a possible course of action, while I'm urging him to hurry up, or to let me do something*
And if it's live, then your only limit is your imagination.
Example:
DM (Dungeon Master): You warp into a room full of treasure...
All Players: YESSSSS!!!!
DM: *evil grin* ...So full, there's no air.
All Players: Damn...
Can't to funny stuff like that in an MMO.
But yes, they did make a DND online game. Don't know where it is, though.
