    Ghini phantom issue

It seems like Ghini phantom would be more implementable if he didn't prevent you from opening shutter doors or enemies>secrets.

I have some dungeons with tombstones. If you touch one there is basically no way to open a shutter door.

I noticed Zora is already like that.

    Re: Ghini phantom issue

Currently, enemies with the "Ignores Weapons" flag (that'll be Bubbles) don't count toward shutters. But enemies with the flags "Ignores Weapons" and an "except" flag (such as "...except for Super Bombs" and "...except for Reflected Magic/Beams") do count.

So, how about this quest rule: "Ignores-Weapons-Except" enemies don't count toward shutters and Enemies->Item.

Mirror Wizzrobes would break on older quests which required you to kill them. A better idea would be to have a dialog box to specify whether they count. Such as being able to select whether some enemy such as a Pehat affects the door.
