254 Items?

I just downloaded 254, it solved a few problems I was having in b16c. But what happened to the item sprites? I go to Quest->Graphics->Sprites and I don't see items, only Weapons/misc and Link. How do I change how items look on the subscreen/map when you pick it up?

It is just relocationed in the Quest drop down menu. So are the enemies.
