Room state carryover isn't working

I was trying out the room state carryovers and I cannot seem to get it working.

You need to make sure you're triggering permanent secrets for room state carryover to work, I've found. For instance, Enemies->Secret alone won't do; you have to add Permanent Enemies -> Secret for the carryover to stick.

Sorry, I was signing up on megaupload.com and I was waiting for an e-mail comfirmation to deliver for several minutes and still got no email. What I was pasting was from megaupload.com and I thought it would automaticaly turn into a hyperlink.

Nope, still no e-mail comfirmation. What's up with megaupload.com? It shouldn't take this long just to recieve a comfirmation so I can simply upload a small quest file!
