Yes you did, you mean with a Cset that doesnt change with pallete, I think. If you mean so that you can use it as a sprite and it wont change when you go into a dungeon using a different palette, which would make sense

Well, good and bad news:
Good:The Dominion rod is awesome.
Bad news: I don't think JPEGS work in ZC, turn it into a GIF.

I actually prefer the animation to be diagonal

Oh yeah sure, I hadn't finished with it yet, that was just so you could see what it looked like. Did you want some slash tiles to use it as a sword? or is it the wand? (and it was me that drew the boomerang, not megalink - he just stuck a whirlwind on it:p) I didn't think it was a jpeg though I thought it was a bmp...

Ah it seems photobucket converted it to a jpeg... Im not too familiar with how it works, but ill try adding a gif file and hope it doesnt do anything to that
The Dominion Rod uses CSet 10 of my PTU set, but any set with two greys, a black and a white should be fine for it. The colours are meant to be lighter than in the picture, for some reason theyre darker in the gif format, and the centre colour's meant to be a white.

You prefer the animation to be diagonal? so when you use it you have a diagonal weapon sticking out in front of you?... Do you mean you prefer the sprite on the selection screen to be diagonal?

Ive drawn a couple keys aswell, theyre not too great but there we go. They use Cset 11 of PTU, with slightly different colours to as drawn on that gif as it changed them for me so I had to mess around a bit, recolour as you wish. http://i146.photobucket.com/albums/r...f?t=1169233118

Actually, I meant the boomerang to have a diagonal sprite (i wasn't clear on that, my mind was trailing off as I typed) as in when it's in flight. But now that you mention it, the rod sprite (subscreen, not weapon) should be Diagonal too. Im gonna use the dominion rod as a lightning rod.

Ah right ok, ill have a try at doing that sometime soonish then. whats a lighting rod? summat in the new betas? does it work like the wand?

There is no lightning rod in ZC. He is probably going to simulate lightning.

Ha ha, no, by "Lightning Rod" I mean that I'm gonna use the regular wand, replace it with the Dominion Rod Sprite, change the "Magic" sprite to look like a bolt of lightning, change the "Flame" Sprite to look like lightning striking the ground with a little explosion (and now I have to replace "Din's Fire" with "(insert god/des name here) Lightning"

Did I Explain that well?
