BG Music in ZC not working

Okay, I have always had BG music in when I play Zelda Classic. Then in August the BG music stopped playing in Zelda Classic. The BG music is turned up by the way and SFXs can be heard but no BG music. This started happening when I had the betas of 2.11. I thought my computer didn't like playing the music from 2.11 betas. But the BG music doesn't play on my 2.10 either. So I am thinking it is something to do with my soundcard maybe (Which is weird because I don't notice anything else wrong with it)? Anyways, do any of you know how to turn on the BG music again because I really want to know what my midis sound like in my quests.

Check your master volume sliders of your computer and see if the midi slider isn't all the way down to 0.

I feel really stupid. My SW synth was turned all of the way down. I didn't know since all of my other music stuff plays. I didn't know what SW synth meant anyways... I can't believe it was that easy and I haven't had BG music since August.
