    Hero of Dreams

Yeah I know it's on PureZC, but what the heck. How do get past the level 1 boss? I tried using the boomerang on all the corners, but they don't seem to work.
EDIT: Nevermind, its what I get for trying to use 2.11 beta 10 on it when it says to use with 2.10.
EDIT2: Sorry for making the first post, I'm just trying to beat the quest (Cause I'm addicted.. hehehe...) Sweet quest.

    Re: Hero of Dreams

Right when I was going to make a thread about this, I see one. lol.

Yes, as jman told me, don't play this on beta 10. I think beta 11 will work when it is released, but to be save, 2.10 works great. Anyways, I will paste what I was going to post:

    Description:

The Hero of Dreams, my first quest on Zelda Classic. I have been working on the game since January 2004. This epic quest is filled with so many things to do. I put a lot of side quests in the quest so it can have a feel to most Zelda games. The storyline fits into the major storyline and I do try to connect them all together. I spent a lot of time on the storyline and I hope you like it. This is what you can expect from the quest:

-Travel through huge Forests, islands, caves, deserts, graveyards, mountains, towns, as well as Dreams.
-Come face to face to some of the old Hero's of Hyrule.
-Meet different cultures and races of Hyrule.
-Fight some original custom bosses like Wolfblin and King Dodongo.
-Play some great mini games like bow and arrow target practice and rafting.
-See some original puzzles never seen in ZC.
    -Huge Dungeons with different themes.
    -and More!

    Story:

On a small island just outside of Hyrule lived a boy named Link. As he grew up, he knew he was destined to become the new Hero of Hyrule. The Robins who were neighbors of Link, told him that the bloodline of the Hero’s past through him. He knew that on any given day his adventure could begin.

One day Link was drawing a picture of a sword on the mountainside of the island. He looked down at his shield that he always kept with him, and thought how cool it would be to finally use it with a sword of his own. Just then his good friend Patty walked over to him. She looked a little sad, as she told him that she was going to leave the island soon in search for the Shooting Star Legend. In that moment, they both looked at the shoreline and noticed that the water was acting very violent. But they brushed it off. As Link finished the drawing, he signed his name on the bottom of the sword. Patty was still talking about that legend; however, Link couldn’t keep his eyes off the coastline, which was getting worse by the second.

Little did they know, the Dark Army had just docked south of the city of Fulton. The Commander of the Army stepped out to dock while discussing the plan to this staff, “Continue searching for the remaining Triforce pieces. We will capture Fulton and await you there!” As the Commander looked at the path to Fulton, he whispered to himself, “And now it begins.”

    Re: Hero of Dreams

Ok, now I can't get past the entrance to the Wolfbin (the part right after the Lost Woods).
EDIT: Oops, didn't push the statue...

You can't get past the lost woods? If so, talk to Mayor Wraith and he will tell you the directions. If you are past that and actually at the level, then go left of the fort. Push the statue and there is an hidden pit. That is the entrance to the level.

    Hopefully that helped.

    Re: Hero of Dreams

Right... On the entrance with the trifore mark: I go left, block the two guards by lighting the torch, go up, cross the bridge and go up, cross the bridge and go right. In this room there is a staircase heading down, but how do you lower the blocks? (I have the arrow and the boss key)
Also, from the same entrance, one to right, how do you get past that shutter?
    EDIT: Hold on a tick...

You need the bow, for the arrow to shot the shield. To get the key for the bow go to the northeast part of the overworld part of the level.

Found a bug (I think). Frodo's Hideout, on your way back after getting the first key, you can't push the statue. Oh well, there's also F6 and continue.

It isn't a bug. You can push another statue two screens to the right of the key and get out. XD.

    Shoelace,

Just wanted to say congrats on the release of Hero of Dreams. So far I have completed the first two levels and it's VERY well done. I look forward to seeing more of your tricks. It's great to see all that hard work pay off with a great game! Thanks for putting on all the time.
