Tile Selection Scroll Bar

I think alot of things would be easier with a scroll-bar on the tile selection thing. It would take a lot less time choosing tiles because you could just scroll down...especially when you have so many and they're so spread apart on the list... Even though you could just hold Shift & Pg Up/Dwn, but it'd be slightly faster.

We need a hotkey to scroll to the top, even Ctrl+Pg Up/Dwn are a bit slow on a certain... Tileset...

yeah...that would also be good too, like the Up and Down keys on the Num Pad. Those aren't frequently used I'm sure...
