Ah, that is welcomed news to hear. I hope the site will [at last!] be as normal as it should be. Maybe not as sugar-coated as Pure ZC, but at least not abandoned.

Not abandoned. Just slow. It takes time to fix lots of bugs.
Edit: The voting part of the QDB has apparently been restored. However, the comments part doesn't work now.
So, something is happening. There is a user in charge of handling this issue that War Lord has hired. If you look up the leaders list The person is an admin and their perpose is fixing the QDB. As per their custom title.
