this is an idea I got from the Inherent Flags thread
what about secret combos that trigger only when a certain flag is triggered? like Burn, it'd have 16 secret combos called Burn Secret, which would only trigger when the Burn flag is activated, but would not activate when the Whistle flag is activated. I can't image this would be easy to impliment, but it would be useful so people could use the multiple under combo trick, and have secrets as well
[edit] another idea I had, that has nothing to do with this, is a No Spawn Zone flag, where enemies cannot spawn no matter what
