I went to Purezc.com to look at the BS-Zelda Tilesets, but I think they're too big of file size for my computer. Are there any BS tilesets that aren't over 1 KB large?

1... KB? Dammit if your hardrive can't hold one more KB either give up on quest making or delete files from your computer.
They are MB, there are not files for less than 1 KB, (at least I think so)
Even still 1 MB isn't that much. If you can't handle it then quit. Creation of Games means you need space on the computer.
