Okay, I put a stair warp to a cave DMap. When Link steps on it, it takes you to a room where you meet a Fairy and she gives you Farore's Wind. However, when you enter the room, no message string or item appears. The Fairy will appear, but not the item or message string. I have the DMap level set to above 10. Is this the problem, or will the message string only appear if I make a warp to Cave/Item room and set the guy, item, and message string?
Put the string in the room itself, not on the room you warp from.

I don't know then, from what you say, it sounds like it's set up right.

Maybe it's the fact that I put the guy as a Fairy. Or, maybe it's the fact that I set the room up as "Secret Item"....
