    Invisible walls

    I have created a room with a message string and a guy in it, but halfway up there seems to be an invisible wall that doesn't allow link to pass, even though the entire floor is passable floor tiles. I have tried both cave and dungeon type dmaps, but neither fix the problem. Does anybody have a solution to this?

    It's normal. I may not have been here long, but I've played the orginal NES version of this game, and I know the answer: There's an invisible barrier halfway up because it's a guy room. It prevents you from going past the guy until he/she disappears.

    If you use a room type Zelda with a guy and string, it should solve your problem.

    I had that same problem with a room of mine, but there was no guy or string, or a room type...hmm...I could walk up the sides though..
