Now, how do I play a quest that I downloaded from this site? I just downloaded one, but I don't know how to play it, because the quest has to be in ZQuest for me to play it... When I downloaded it, the files were put in a zipped folder...

Unzip it and put the .qst file in your zelda directory. For running custom quests may I refer you to the FAQ >>here<<.
