Tiles? Just go into Quest->Graphics->Tiles, select the one you want to edit, and click Edit (or press E). In your case you'll be wanting to replace the Link tiles.

Are you sure you dont mean Titles?
Yeah. Sounds like you meant Titles to me, too.
Be careful spelling "titles" around here, since the word tile is used often, it could get confusing.
Anyways, go into quest>header. Here, you can set your password (don't tell anyone, I know that sounds stupid but I've had people giving me their credit card information(unprovoked by me), so...), set up the Title of the quest, set up the version of the quest (not the version of ZC, but the version of the actual quest you are making), the quest # (0 for custom quests), and other things, like your author name and credits.
no no I mean like when you start the game your title appers and stuff .
Ah, a custom title screen. I suggest starting here, it should tell you everything you need.
