    Push blocks and item pickup

    Hi
In a screen on my overworld map I have a simple push puzzle to get to a boomerang. But now I have 2 problems.

1: The combos that are being pushed are stones on sand and when I push it, the whole combo moves obviously and making it look missalined the the other combos. So I tried to make a combo transparent, only showing the stone and placing it on layer 1. But that didn't work. Link is blocked by the combo but I can't push it.
So is there a way around this or do I have to make a stone combo that has no ground pattern?

2: When I pick up the boomerang, it's just placed in the inventory with a short sound, but I want Link to do his pickup animation with the sound effect. Can you do that on an overworld map?
