Eh? What do you mean by "edition"? I assume you mean beta, right?
Either way, ZC will never include any features from Zelda 2, now or ever. As for LttP, well, there is talk of adding some features from LttP, but it's extremely unlikely that it'll be for the next beta, if at all.
Besides, you can already make quests that are many times larger and more complex than Z1. :)

It's still going to be based on Zelda 1 and it will never change.
