Why can't I get any sound from ZC? I've tried different quests, the volume option, and, just like everybody else does, I checked my connections, so that suggestion is out. Hell, I shouldn't tell you guys that, I should tell the Dell helpline that... Anyway, does anyone know what happened?
What version are you using? Also, try going into ZC and playing the lost woods midi, let it play for awhile, then exit the editor then try and see if sound works in the player after that. Also, try getting the archive files.
Check the folder you have ZC in, and see if you have a DAT file called sfx.

The sound is also gone on mine! And yes, I looked for sfx.dat, and I have it! :mad:

i have the same problem too T_T
strange, this happens to me sometimes to, but it can be fixed by rebotting ZC. Also, sometimes i cant save my quest. It says: Error saving <quest name>! but i can fix it by rebooting ZC also.
Are these all ZC 2.10 bugs!? Yikes! I think someone dropped the ball in development!
