Honestly, I've forgotten the solution to the desert maze. I've also forgotten where the hint is. Whoops!

I stopped playing this quest because of all the bugs and the daku lvl at the end is brutal.Originally Posted by C-Dawg
For the desert maze try right, then keep going up until you get to the village. (There is more then meets the eye in this village. )
For the dungeon try left, left, down.
I never did find any hints though.
So close to the end, though. Only one level between you and a world fame.
I have a problem...I'm in the train station...i go up, kill all the enemies, up again, kill all the enemises and bomb the bombable tile on the SE corner, but...under that tile there's another green tile that doesn't move and no door has opened...
I have to bomb it with superbomb? or is a bug?...
I tried with super bomb and...nothing....how can I do? i can't go on...
I remember having this problem. You should only need a normal bomb. Which version of ZC are you using for this quest? I had this problem when using version 1.92 (beta 183), but when I restarted the quest using beta 152, this did not happen (a lot of other bugs cleared up as well, like being able to sidescroll caves to the right). I think I ended up restarting this quest twice over the course of a year before finally finishing it. It sounds discouraging, but you owe it to yourself to experience everything the quest has to offer.
EDIT: I just checked the downloads section of zeldaclassic.com, and the 152 player is not available. What's up with that?
Darnit, that bug is fixed. I know it. You sure you using the revised DOY file linked to in this post?
Also note that I'm delaying any future updates until 2.11 is done. The continue bugs should disappear completely once I'm done with it

i need some help in enigma,
i cant understand any of the number puzzles which appear in this dungeon
first the numbers on the doors and numbers on walls, what does it mean?
and especially the one on floor 2 where theres a 3 and 2 on the top wall and all these roman numerals on the floor, i found a room that gave roman numerals for 21 and 43 but i cant really seem to put a pattern together,,,
Enigma is one of the coolest dungeons in DOY, but I never really figured out what the pattern was with the numbers in front of the doors. I honestly just got pretty lucky picking the right ones. I know there's a hint about knowing how to do prime factorizations, but I never exactly meshed that idea with picking the correct numbered doors. My point is that I would also appreciate some clarification on how this particular aspect of the dungeon is solved (cough, C-Dawg or Jman).
I can answer your second question. In the rooms with roman numerals on the floor, there is a pattern between successive roman numerals. This pattern has something to do with the ordinary numbers on the wall. The pattern is the same for all 3 rooms.
Edit: 100 posts, cool - it only took me a year or so :)
well i figured out the prime factors puzzles
but it may not be necessary for me to post it here for future players it may spoil the puzzle
i still cant figure out the 32 puzzle, i guessed my way through most of it, i found some sort of pattern to the most of the numbers but the last 2 of that room
does anybody know how to get the key in the room next to the entrance of enigma? its the one surrounded by blocks
