Did you kill all of the enemies, including the wall master's? Go back to the room before the boss, kill everything you see, then touch the walls to expose the wall master's. Remember if you use the clock to stop time, the wall master's stop coming out.

Sorry, I was one screen below that. while on the raft, hold left arrow so you go to the left island then push the block to open the door.
