Need help in custom quest Fantasia

Need some help... In Custom quest Fantasia can't find level 4. I'd appreciate any input because it is driving me crazy!

What item did you get in Level 3? (Did you get the raft?) If my memory serves me right, it's to the far left of the overworld.

The item recieved in level 3 is a ladder... the old man in level 3 says that level 4 is on an island and gives you the ladder. I've looked everywhere, so I've probably passed level 4 several times without even knowing it! :googly:

It's at sea, on the left side of the overworld. You're supposed to be able to get to a tiny island and push forward using the ladder to get to it. Try bombing the northern wall in the Triforce room in level 3.
