I'm having some trouble getting into Zelda Classic, and I was wondering if someone could help me out. When I try to start a game, an error message appears telling me that it can't find 1st.qst file, but it is there. If anyone has run into this problem before and figured out how to get around it, please let me know. I would really appreciate it.
The game is probably searching the wrong drive on your computer.
Look in ag.cfg(it should be in your zc folder), and edit this line under the zelda_dx section:
qst_dir = c:\whatever folder your ZC stuff is in\
I think that might help. Or, you can go into ZC, go to the custom quest menu, and change the directory there.

For me It wouln't even start up unless 1st.qst, 2nd.qst and 3rd.qst are in the same folder as ZQuest... but I keep all my quests in a sub Folder. My solution was to keep a copy of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in both folders.
