It's Here! It's Finally Here! Yay! My shortest, quickest demo yet! Heh. I wasn't able to do as much with it as I had planned, but things at least work. That, believe it or not, was a pretty big accomplishment for me.

And I still wasn't able to fix that armor/rupee secret. I've got someone trying to figure that out. (Thanks. )

OK. Demo time. If you can't access it, you may have to go into my ZC files (In my signature.) to get it. The name and password is right there anyway.

Thank you. :) (Assuming no one posted between this post and Petoe's. Face it, it happens.) Just tell me if the download works.

Oh, and I just got my first unnofficial bug report. Only use right and down when speaking to people. (On the overworld, specifically.) Pressing left or up triggers a tile warp (To encampass all directions to escape a conversation.) which doesn't fully lead anyway. So only press right or down. Thanks.)

And the ratio of rupees to armor cost is still malfunctioning. The Armor Bug was fixed, thanks to KJAZZ, and will function as intended in the next demo, whenever I get around to working on it.

The cave(s) are functioning well, I hope, specifically the cave connecting the Dark Forest and Dawn Village.

If you want, I can place down the number of secrets here. I'll give you a few hints. never trust your eyes. Never. Even in town. I placed some things that should have been on layer 0, on layer 3. That should be hint enough. hmm.

There are a number of Heart Container Pieces for you to find too. There is one in a cave off of Dawn Village, there's on in Dawn Village, there's one in the Dark Forest, and there's one... well.. you'll have to find it for yourself. :sb:

Good luck with the Demo! It's short though. Just one chapter.

hm, this is a very interesting quest... I can't seem to find my way through the cave under the tree, there's one key I can see, but can't get, that I need . other than that, and a few typos, and how link looks (I HATE the smashed link style...), it's pretty good. I like the story line, but, why does link talk? very un-zelda ish, if you ask me

Well, it's not a Zelda Game. It's Blade of Ages.

I thought it would add a bit of surrealism to it all. I hope it doesn't detract from the gameplay at all.

ah, it's not Zelda. that explaines why the blade was crafted by God instead of The Goddesses. very nice though, and very clever, especially the cave in the tree

Man, I'm lost already. I'm in the Forest Tower and I'm short one key. I found the catwalk and the one on a balcony type platform. I need one extra key to get any farther!

EDIT: Nevermind, I found it. Darn trees. Great demo! I wish it was longer though.

Excellent demo BH4. I found 1 bug-- the screen 1 east of the stump with torches galore and 4 treasure chests has a tile issue. Walk alongside the building on the south side of the screen and you can see Link's feet through the "half-tree" bordering the building.
