Okay, you'll need the hookshot to reach it. And its best if you got the lens of truth and boots too from level 6. Warp to the dark world from the warp just south of level 2 in the light world. Head west and southwest and when the road splits into two twice, always take the southern road. Past the ladder that leads down into the desert with the bandit's cave, and keep going south and west to the very lowest screen in the overworld in the southwest. Defeat all moblins, hookshot over and move the skull to reveal a warp back to the swamp in the light world. This is the only way to get there until you acquire the lvl 2 bracelet in level 7. There, its a easy matter of navigating the swamp to the entrance. But be wary of dirt patches hidden behind trees, you may have to come back to them later to solve level 7 in its entirety.
