He mean's an Official Wind Waker quest. Though, you can't make it an "Official" quest, I bet if someone had the time they could make one.

It's not such a bad idea for a quest, except for the fact that almost everyone knows how it wil turn out and everything, so the only interesting thing would be the tiles(but Idon't play quests just to see good tiles)

I must say thank you for not revealing anything about the plot or gameplay of Wind Waker, some of us haven't played it yet (or at least haven't opened it yet...)
I have been careful to avoid threads that say Wind Waker in them for fear of accidentally seeing spoilers, I wonder if someone might change the title of the post to reflect this? Thank you...
