    Easy implementation: start dmap

    This is a small suggestion for the init data dialog:
    Have a selection box in which you can pick the dmap you start in when you begin a new quest for the first time. Right now this is always 0, but it can be useful if the quest maker can change this to another dmap (especially if he already created a giant part of the quest, and wants to make a title screen. Then he doesn't have to swap dmaps all over).

    That was one of my biggest problems when making my current quest. I had all of the starting points set to DMap 0, so when I added the title screen, i was plagued with changing all of the numbers. problem is, i still have to double test the functionality to make sure nobody 'happens' to warp to the title screen DMap.....
