I downloaded this file (182) and when I try to open it to play I get the message that a "DINPUT.DLL" file is missing.
Can someone help me out here?

Yes, fajz, go to ZC Discussion. There's something there about wether you're using the DOS or the windows version. Somebody already encountered this problem and was told what to do to get it fixed.
