Ah, but Transformers armada IS an anime, therein lies the beuty (even though the show DOES suck compared to the old ones)

Where do you think they will sell it? Ordinary toy stores, or at special toy stores?
Probably normal ones, you can preorger it at some of the online ones, like BigBadToyStore
