    All you have to is when one person says. "<insert something here> or <insert something here>", one person answers then they continue using "<insert something here> or <insert something here>" and so on. Example:

    Guy 1:

    Mario or Sonic?

    Guy 2:

    Sonic.

    Stay up late or go to bed?

    Guy 3:

    Go to bed.

    New topic or add relpy?

    (etc...)

    Well let's start!
