    please check the announcements stuck to the top of official announcements before you post something like this. it will explain who was banned, why they were banned, and when they will return.

    that's what the forum staff is for... to be familiar with all the rules and to notice things when they happen. we also warn the offending member and give them a chance to stop what they were doing wrong, and as a last resort, ban them if they don't stop.
