    I assume you mean like an item sprite right? What you do is draw the frames of animation you want in sequence so that they are next to each other horizontally. Go to the sprite editing section, and select the first frame of the animation. Lastly, specify how many frames of animation there are and how quick the animation should be (getting the last one right usually involves some experimentation until you get the effect you want).

    Click the second word in the menu (I forgot what it was), next choose graphics --> tiles. Select a sprite or an empty space and click edit. Now you can edit or draw an image.
